After installing the updates B08/B09/B10 I don’t receive 4G and 4G+ anymore. On B06 everything is working fine. I’m using the right apn and sim settings (2G/3G/4g auto etc..). Network signal guru tells me I only receive HSPAP signal.
I’m not the only one with this problem. In most cases Vodafone and Three (uk) are effect by this problem.
Quotes from other people(xda).
I asked ZTE once again. This madness needs to be fixed. I’m not paying for data if I can’t use it. Hope they release a hotfix soon or I’ll leave ZTE for good.
Same here. Very rarely see 4G on my phone in places where I used to have a solid 4G on my old OnePlus One. I’m on Three in the UK. Very rarely I get a flash of a 4G signal when outdoors, but it usually falls back to 3G pretty quickly.
No 4g+ here yet! I had a solid 4g connection, even inside my house, but I don’t get it atm, only 3g.
Please ZTE compare B10 with B06 and find out what the difference it and make a fix for the problem asap.
Thanks.
26. Januar 2017 um 16:40 #3934Did you try to search for networks manually? Does it show up there and can you connect to 4G from there?

Yes, I have already tried everything. The only fix at the moment is to downgrade to B06:(
27. Januar 2017 um 8:44 #3970The first and last quote are from me. But there are more people with this problem.
As said I’m on Vodafone in The Netherlands, and I can’t recieve 4g/4g+.
I’m a bit worried that we have to wait untill nougat for it to be fixed.I hope not, because this is a serious issue.
27. Januar 2017 um 13:43 #3978Hello together,
please try to wipe the cache of the Axon 7 after installing the new build version.
!Your personal data doesn’t get lost!
- Hold down the „Volume up“ & „Power key“ while starting
- navigate with the Volume keys to „wipe cache partition“ and accept with the „Power key“
- now choose „Yes“ and accept with the „Power key“
- choose subsequently „Reboot system now“

27. Januar 2017 um 14:26 #3980I wiped my cache several times, but this did not fix the problem. It’s broken in b08 and b10
