    #Regenersis is the only place where I can „realize“ Axon VIP Serwis
    I am, or was someone who oned a ZTE Axon 7. Like 2 days ago I was trying to take phone down from the shelf, but I of course dropped it flat on its display, which cracked and stopped functioning. Knowing my luck, when I was decideing to buy beetween OP3T and Axon 7 the key diffrence was Axon VIP Serwis, which in 6 months time guarantees me a „free screen replacement from accidental drop“. I’ve sent phone to Regenersis (as was I told in RTV Euro AGD, a place in which I had bought A7) and in online form, and a paper one I underlined like 3 times I wanted a free screen replacement, becouse of Axon VIP serwis. One or two day later I recived an email in which I’m told: „MECHANICALLY DAMAGED SCREEN WHICH CANNOT BE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY“. Are you kidding me? When I sent phone to them it was 5 moths old so the time does nothing here. Exepct now when I have 2 weeks to figure out how to get them to replace it without any charge.

    Can you please try and do your best to post in German at least ? Nobody understands a word of what you’re saying mate …
    I think you used google translate to translate if from Polish to English but finally your outcome is real crap ..
    Please try and tell us what really happened. Did you drop an Axon 7 from Regeneris’s shelf ?

    Sorry, I am so nervous right now, I don’t even read what I write.
    No, I dropped it from my shelf, and in VIP Service its stated that you can have a free screen replacement within 6 months time from purchase of the phone. However, Regenersis, actually said, „no, you are paying for this“.

    I understood it. Did you buy it in Germany? If not you would have to ask your local ZTE company, since they are responsible for the device then. Did you try to contact them?

    In Germany the official support partner for repairs currently is w-support.

    I agree with you that you should get a replacement if you have the VIP warranty and this is the first time.
    I would try to contact the ZTE company for your country, maybe they can get in contact with the service center and clarify the situation.

    I just had a look on pl.ztedevice.com.
    Depending on provider, you have two possibilities.
    Regenersis, zakupione w sieciach Orange, T-Mobile oraz u niezależnych dystrybutorów.
    i W-support, zakupione w sieciach Play, Plus, Cyfrowy Polsat.

    So normally you should get VIP Service there.

    In your case, you should call ZTE Poland Sp. z o. o.

    Tell them your story and ask them to help you.

    we guess you bought the phone in Poland, right? Because our german office are only in charge of cases of german customers. If you can confirm this, we will contact our office in Poland to solve your problem asap. Please be don’t warry about it, your situation full fill the VIP Service condition, we believe your phone will be repaired free of charge.

    we guess you bought the phone in Poland, right? Because our german office are only in charge of cases of german customers. If you can confirm this, we will contact our office in Poland to solve your problem asap.     Nevermind all of this situation, Regenersis made a mistake. They exchanged phone for new one. Thanks for helping, will stay with future ZTE Axon phones for sure!
