Whatsapp Problem with Nougat 7.1.1 (A2017G)

Hello,

It seems since the Nougat 7.1.1 update for the A2017G, WhatsApp has problem to deal with the camera for me (pictures, videos etc…). There’s some freeze, lag etc…

The problem already appeared in the US Version (A2017U) and has been resolved (it seems !).

i have done a full restore (to deal with the google play store problem which works fine now) but the WhatsApp problem still there.

( Actual Version : MiFavor 4.2 / ZTE A2017GV1.2.0B01 )

Any idea ?

Same here. Reset made PlayStore fully functional again.
The Bug concerning tapping on WiFi Symbol dissapeared.
DolbyAtmos equalizer settings still not working. You can change optically, but cannot hear the changed effect.

Whatsapp camera problem still there.
Im the meantime a little workaround can help.
Directly after taking the photo, tap on softkey taskmanager button.
Wenn tasklist turns up, hit whatsapp there and it let’s you add text and send the pic properly without hanging.

Thanks for the workaround! :) I have also the Wi-Fi switch problem (visual problem but works)
